Take junction 27 off the M5. Follow the A361 through Barnstaple to Braunton. At the traffic lights in Braunton turn left onto the B3231 through Saunton and Croyde and up to Georgeham.

In Georgeham village, take the first turning right, Newberry Road (the road going uphill opposite the village store/post office). At the top, pass Longland Lane on your left, then go on down the hill (high hedges on either side). The entrance to Crowborough is on your right, just before you reach the bottom of the hill.
